Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience
• 4+ years working with Guidewire Insurance Suite
• 3+ years recent and continuous experience with Guidewire BillingCenter (v10 preferred; v9 or v8 acceptable)
• Strong knowledge of P&C Insurance
• Proficiency in documenting workflows, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Advanced understanding of SDLC and BDD (Behavior-Driven Development)
• Experience with JIRA/Confluence
• SQL/data analysis skills

Requirements

• 4+ years working with Guidewire Insurance Suite
